On this page we will teach you a different way to see our beautiful city. The purpose of this project is to show the cultural diversity that can be found in Bogota and its citizens that live every day in a place full of life, passion, colors, flavors and people that build up a diverse and a multicultural place.

La Capital de Colombia con una longitud de 33 Km. de Sur a Norte, y 16 Km. de Oriente a Occidente. Está conformada por 20 localidades, 19 de ellas de carácter urbano. La ciudad es el centro administrativo, económico y político del país.

By reading "Rights and Wrongs" we can face many situations that happen every day in society.

A clear example is the first chapter of this book “The Test" in which an African American girl that was taking a test was discriminated because of its skin color, so taking in account our diary life we are attach to many things like these ones and we don't even notice when are we acting in a bad way, just believing we are superior to the rest, because, our society sometimes forget that it doesn't matter our skin color, our ideologies, the place of birth or every different aspect, we are humans and we all are equal.



When  years pass by our society changes but not precisely in a good way but in a way in which the “different" people pay the bills. We have to remember that if we follow the crowd we may get lost in it  

But not every person thinks like that, lets remember Malcom X who made everything to follow his dreams, we should always have in mind the quote “If you don't stand for something you'll fall for anything" This is what Rights and Wrongs characters express with their stories how they must fight or just continue without worrying about the others words, just fighting for their ideologies, rights and cultures, like Martin Luther King who fought for his dreams and for the rights of the people, letting us know that we are all EQUAL, and that even if it you think the world let you alone in the fight you must do it because at the end you would win the battle with society.

 

With this heroes' stories we have a big lesson, that we are in the world for a reason and that when we find it we are going to leave an impression and we will complete our mission in the world.

Rights and Wrongs is not just another book, it is a way of telling us the truth about society and discrimination with stories like Junius Maltby, that at the end the must leave the place in which they lived just because of what the other people said about him and his family

Finally you must know that the discrimination won't make you better it would just show your weakness and insecurity. ​
